01. What is a resin?

'Beautifuller UV/LED resin'
has no residue and high transparency,
so it can be used in many fields.
02. What is the difference between soft type and hard type?
■ Viscosity : Soft type < Hard type
The Soft type has a lower viscosity than the Hard type,
so the degree of spreading when mixing glitter or colorant is different.
As shown above, the soft type is faster than the hard type.
■ Hardness : Soft type < Hard type
The Hard type is hardened like a hard glass.
Soft typehas lower hardness than hard type and has flexibility.
■ Gloss : Soft type < Hard type
The Hard type is slightly lighter than the Soft type.
It is recommended for use with 'Beautifuller UV / LED coloring'.

We, at Nailsketch, want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Please include the original packing slip with your reason for the return.
Once we receive the package, we will issue the refund in within ten business days.
Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the credit to
your account once they have received this information.
Nailsketch will not issue refunds for items that arrive to our facility damaged in any way.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow the return process and then place a new order.
Damages or Defects
Claims for damaged or defective items must be filed within 5 business days of delivery.
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.
Please keep all damaged packaging materials, including the box and all inside contents.
Nailsketch will note the issue with the carrier in order to file a damage claim.
Damage claims will aid in the refund and replacement of your item by the carrier.
Packaging materials must be kept or we will be unable to process a damage claim with the carrier.

Please provide images of the damaged products. Claims received after 5 business days of delivery will not be processed.

Customs and Duties
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
